HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B.CHANDRA KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.540 of 2012
ORDER:
This contempt case is filed to summon the respondent herein and to punish him under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for flouting the orders of this court passed in W.P.M.P.No.4097 of 2012 in W.P.No.3272 of 2012, dated 09.02.2012.
2) It is represented that challenging the interim orders passed by this court, a Writ Appeal has been filed and the Division Bench of this court has suspended the interim orders of this court.
3) Since this contempt case has been filed alleging violation of the interim orders passed by this Court, which was subsequently suspended by the Division Bench of this Court in the Writ Appeal, no useful purpose will be served in entertaining this contempt case.
4) Accordingly, this contempt case is closed. No costs.
