ORDER:-
This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act alleging willful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 19.01.2012 passed in W.P.M.P.No. 952 of 2012 in W.P.No.755 of 2012.
The learned standing counsel for A.P.S.R.T.C. appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have issued proceedings No.L4/785(171)/2006-GHZ, dated 02.02.2013, in compliance with the orders of this Court.
In view of the submission of the learned standing counsel, no further adjudication of the contempt case is necessary.
Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid proceedings, she can initiate fresh proceedings.
