This Contempt Case has been filed to punish the respondents under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, for wilful and deliberate violation of the orders dated 28.11.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 31294 of 2011.
Today when the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court dated 28.11.2011 in W.P.No. 31294 of 2011 has already been complied with and no further orders need be passed in this Contempt Case.
In view of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed.
