CONTEMPT CASE No.1405 of 2012
ORDER:
W.P.No.6533 of 2012 was disposed of by this Court by order
dated 22.03.2012 with directions as under:
“In view of what has been stated by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to make an appropriate application in the prescribed form. If any such application is received in the prescribed form by the 3rd respondent, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed following due process of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of such application. No costs.”
Alleging that the respondent failed to comply with the directions of this Court and that in spite of the repeated requests made by the petitioners, the respondent has been intentionally and deliberately delaying the matter, this contempt case is filed with a prayer to punish the respondent for wilfully and deliberately flouting the order in W.P.No.6533 of 2012.
