ORDER:
There was no representation for the petitioners on 21.12.2012 and even today none appeared for the petitioners.
Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, on instructions, submitted that in compliance with the order of this Court in W.P.No.14884 of 2010, the compensation amount has already been deposited by the A.P.Housing Board on 11.05.2011 in the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Wanaparthy.
In view of what has been stated by the learned Government Pleader, no further enquiry is necessary in the Contempt Case and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.
