Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have settled the matter out of Court and no further orders are necessary in the matter. Learned counsel has also filed a letter dated 21.02.2013 along with the affidavit of the appellant requesting to withdraw the appeal. 2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel and also in the light of the latter dated 21-2-2013 and also affidavit of the appellant, permission is hereby accorded. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
