Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order against which the present Contempt Case is filed has been complied with in the year 2010 and nothing survives for adjudication in this case at this juncture. The above said statement is not controverted by the counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and also that no cause survives for adjudication, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
