JUDGMENT:
A.S.No.292 of 2012 has been filed by the appellant, aggrieved by the judgment dated 28.07.2010 passed in O.S.No.398 of 2006 by the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nellore. Parties have entered into compromise and to that effect they filed A.S.M.P.No.285 of 2013 under Order XXIII Rule 3 of Civil Procedure Code.
Both Parties and their counsel are present before this Court. The parties are recognized by their learned counsel and they affixed their signatures on the compromise memo. The counsel also affixed their signatures on the compromise memo.
In view of the above circumstances, A.S.M.P.No.285 of 2013 is allowed and the Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties. No costs.
