ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Arbitration Application since clause 13 of the agreement dated 01.06.2009 stipulates that the disputes are exclusively relatable to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Mumbai. Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Arbitration Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
