ORDER:
Evidently with regard to the affairs of the company, there are disputes in the suit, viz., O.S.No.739 of 2010, the respondent himself has taken an objection with regard to the maintainability of the suit as per the arbitration Clause and the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, allowed the I.A.No.3736 of 2011.
Therefore, in view of the above circumstances and also as the Agreement between the parties contemplates reference of the matter to an arbitrator for resolving the dispute, Sri Justice M. Ranga Reddy, retired Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, is appointed as an arbitrator and he shall be paid fee etc., as per the Indian Arbitration Council Rules. Initially both the parties are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each.
Accordingly, the Arbitration Application is allowed.
