The Counsel for the petitioners submits that his clients have already paid substantial amount to the respondent bank and they are trying to negotiate the matter with the bank. He further submits that the auction proposed to be held on 29.3.2012 was also deferred. In that view of the matter, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal if his clients are so advised.
Granting liberty to do so, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petition shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
