O R D E R :
It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent bank that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the services of the writ petitioners herein have been regularized by the bank. It is also pointed out that the very relief prayed for in this Writ Petition relates to regularization of the services of the petitioners and hence, it is represented that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication.
Sri G. Vidya Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in view of the statement of the learned Standing Counsel, if the services of the petitioners have already been regularized, the cause would not survive.
In view of this, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
