ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice V.V.S.Rao)
The petitioners’ complaint is against the air pollution caused by the fourth respondent rice mill. The first respondent issued notice on 26.05.2009 requiring the fourth respondent to follow certain guidelines. When allegedly they were not complied with, another notice dated 14.05.2010 was issued by the first respondent to the fourth respondent.
In view of the above, the petitioners’ Counsel seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and pursue the matter with the first respondent as well as the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board.
As and when the petitioners approach, the authorities shall take necessary action in the matter.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
