Oral order:
Petitioner—society prays that a direction be issued to the respondents to consider the representation filed by it dated 05-03-2011 and direct the respondents to hand over the vehicles AP-37Y-1468 and AP-37T4747.
Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that the 2nd respondent has filed W.A.No.118 of 2011, which was disposed of with a direction to the Principal District Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District to dispose of O.P.No.34 of 2010, filed by the petitioner herein, within six months. Learned counsel further submits that OP filed by the petitioner—society has been dismissed by the learned District Judge on 26-12-2011.
As the petitioner has already filed O.P.No.34 of 2010 and the same has been dismissed, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as such. No costs.
