THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE ASHUTOSH MOHUNTA WRIT PETITION No.3407 OF 2012
ORDER:
1 The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent herein is incorporating the names of certain persons in the adanagals and is trying to issue pattedar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land in Sy.No.7/Part (old); and 513 (new) over an extent of AC.10.00 cents situated at Mopuru village, erstwhile Venkatagiri Taluq now Dhakkili Mandal, SPSR Nellore District.
2 The learned counsel for the 4th respondent, on instructions, states that no pattedar passbooks have been issued in the name of any person, nor the name of any new person has been incorporated in the revenue records.
3 In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication.
4 Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
