O R D E R :
Sri V. Eswaraiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 21.08.2012 to the registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition, if necessary.
Permission is accorded.
The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for. No costs.
