ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble Sri Justice V.V.S.Rao) This Writ Petition is filed assailing the auction/sale notice dated 04.02.2012 by the borrower of the respondent bank.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that against the auction/sale notice, the petitioner has already approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam (DRT) and therefore, he seeks liberty to withdraw the Writ Petition.
We permit to withdraw the Writ Petition leaving open to the petitioner to raise all the questions before the DRT. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. WPMP.No.7856 of 2012 shall stand dismissed.
