We have enquired with the alleged detenu with regard to her alleged illegal detention. She stated that she is voluntarily residing with her parents at Hanamkonda and she has nothing to do with the writ petitioner and that her marriage is fixed on 17.03.2012.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to list the matter on 15.03.2012 so as to enable him to get instructions from his client.
List the matter on 15.03.2012.”
Today also, the girl reiterated the same before us.
