ORDER: (per the Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice Sri Pinaki Chandra Ghose)
This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 herein in not passing orders on the enquiry initiated against respondent No.5 with regard to genuineness and validity of his claim as a refugee from Pakistan and the allotment of house property bearing No.9/369 of Khaleelwadi, Nizamabad, Nizamabad District, as illegal and arbitrary, and for consequential directions.
At the time of hearing, it is brought to our notice that respondent No.5 is no more and therefore this writ petition is abated. We have also been informed that legal representatives of respondent No.5 have already transferred their interest in the property in question in favour of some third parties. In view of that, we find no reason to pass any order in this writ petition.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
