Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings.
It is agreed by both the counsel that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.23750 of 2001 and batch dated 19-07-2005 and W.P.Nos.1631 & 1616 of 2008, dated 18-03-2008.
Since the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the aforementioned judgments, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. The respondents are directed to refund the amounts to the petitioner, if any, already recovered from his bills. No order as to costs.
