The only grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that though she has made complaints to the
respondents-Police against the persons named therein, no crime has been registered.
When the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents states that based on the complaints of the petitioner a case in Cr.No.42 of 2012 was registered on 02.03.2012 for the offences under Sections 380, 382, 384, 506, 509 and 307 read with Section 34 IPC against the persons named in the complaints and the same is under investigation.
In view of registration of crime basing on the complaints of the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
Writ petition is therefore disposed of leaving open to the respondents to complete the investigation in the aforesaid crime and file a final report before the competent Court. No order as to costs.
