Though the writ petition is listed under the caption ‘old identified matters’ at 2.15 p.m., there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that in Cr.No.115 of 2004 on the file of Kandukur Town Police Station, investigation is completed and final report is also filed.
It appears, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the case.
In that view of the matter, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
