ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the petitioner’s applications dated 06.08.2011 and 28.01.2012 for survey of land in survey No.124 of Koratla village, Karimnagar District, is arbitrary and illegal.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the 1st respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner’s applications have been received and the same would be considered in accordance with law.
In view of what has been stated by the learned Government Pleader, no further enquiry is necessary.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the applications of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. No costs.
