ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the interim order, dated 3.8.2010 in W.P.M.P.No:7653 of 2010 in W.P.No:5924 of 2010, which reads as under:
“There shall be a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to make an enquiry into the alleged illegal constructions being made by the 6th respondent on the road margin from Toli Chowk to Gachi Bowli and take appropriate action in accordance with law.”
The Deputy Commissioner, G.H.M.C filed a counter affidavit stating that the work taken up by the 6th respondent has been stopped and no further work is in progress.
Hence, in view of the stand taken in the counter, no further enquiry is necessary and accordingly, the contempt case is closed. No costs.
