Sri K. Someswara Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn at the admission stage itself. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition are also dismissed. No costs.
However, it is made clear that petitioner is at liberty to prefer appeal under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948, against the impugned proceedings issued vide Roc.F1/992/2012 dated 03.10.2012 by the Joint Collector – cum – Settlement Officer, Chittoor.
