ORDER: (per the Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice Sri Pinaki Chandra Ghose)
This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in seeking to evict the petitioners from the house sites situated in Sy. No.1785 of East Gudur Village, Gudur, Nellore District, as illegal and arbitrary, and for consequential directions.
We have found that there is suppression of material facts by the petitioners in this writ petition. But, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not want to press the writ petition.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
