ORDER:
Though the case has been called twice today, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
The petitioner has prayed that the respondents be restrained from proceeding with the renewal of the approval granted to the third respondent vide No.5,Q-3/FAA/568-69, dated 18.3.1997 in CAT C&G and CAR 145 maintenance approval reference: 5-1194/95-A1(2), dt.23.11.1995 issued on 30.6.2008, valid up to 31.12.2009 without considering the objections raised by the petitioner.
The learned Counsel for the official respondents submitted that the objections filed by the petitioner were duly
considered and rejected and that the third respondent has been granted renewal for running aviation academy and that the renewal licence has also been granted to the third respondent.
As the third respondent has already been granted renewal after considering the objections raised by the petitioner, therefore, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
