In view of the above, for the reasons alike as recorded in the
common order dated 22.10.2009, referred to above, this writ petition is disposed of. A copy of the common order dated 22.10.2009 in W.P.11269 of 2009 & batch shall be annexed to this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
