COMMON ORDER:
In these Writ Petitions, fixation of fees in respect of the M.B.A. and M.C.A. courses in the petitioners’ Institutions for the academic year 2012-13 is the bone of contention.
By elaborate interim orders, this Court has given appropriate directions to the respondents.
At the hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the parties, submitted that the said interim orders have been given effect to and the fees as desired by the petitioners were fixed. The learned counsel therefore submitted that no further adjudication of these Writ Petitions is necessary.
In the light of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, WPMP Nos.35111, 35139, 35208, 35215 and 35242 of 2012, filed in the respective Writ Petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
