COMMON ORDER:

This batch of writ petitions is filed on an apprehension that the respondents are proposing to unilaterally fix a reduced fee in respect of MBA and MCA Courses for the academic year 2012-13.

On 03.09.2012, this Court has passed a detailed interim order directing the respondents to fix the fee in the manner as indicated therein.

At the hearing, Sri C.Sudesh Anand, learned Standing Counsel representing respondent Nos.3 and 4, on instructions, submitted that the said interim order is being complied with by the said respondents and that only in cases where the petitioners failed to comply with the directions given by this Court by the said order, they are not fixing the higher fee. He has also submitted that higher fee is not being fixed in respect of those Colleges which have given affidavits agreeing for fixation of Rs.27,000/-.

The above submissions of the learned Standing Counsel are placed on record and the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedies, if they feel aggrieved by noncompliance with the interim order in fixing the fee.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petitions, the W.P.M.Ps. filed by the petitioners for interim relief are disposed of as infructuous.
