Mercifully, there is no disagreement on either side that the cause in this Writ Petition is covered by the judgment rendered in a batch of cases including Writ Petition No.5365 of 2011. Therefore, this Writ Petition also stands disposed of subject to same terms and conditions contained in Writ Petition No. 2786 of 2012 and batch which includes Writ Petition No. 5635 of 2011.
Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the said judgment along with this order.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications if any, shall stand disposed of.
