ORDER:
1 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner was served with a copy of the order refusing the request of the petitioner for grant of license under the provisions of the Arms Act, 1959 and in that view of the matter he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to question the rejection order by way of appeal.
2 In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to question the order of rejection for grant of licence by way of appeal before the appellate authority. No order as to costs.
