ORDER:
The petitioner’s counsel is absent but Sri G.Praveen Kumar, the counsel appearing for Sri A.K.Jaya Prakash, the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 is present.
2. The writ petition is filed for the relief of promotion to the post of Draughtsman Grade-II. Sri Praveen Kumar brought to my notice that the petitioner V.Ramprasad Babu submitted a letter dated 26.03.2003 stating that he has been subsequently promoted as an Assistant Engineer and therefore he wants to withdraw all the writ petitions filed by him against the TTD authorities i.e. respondents 1 and 2. Thus, even if the petitioner’s counsel is not present it is clear that the petitioner has got his promotion now and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
