ORDER :
Sri P. Raja Ram Mohan Rao, learned counsel, representing the petitioner’s counsel, and Dr. K. Lakshmi Narasimha, learned standing counsel for Andhra Bank appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 are present.
The controversy in this writ petition pertains to the social status of the petitioner. It is now brought to my notice that the petitioner has been compulsorily removed from service on a charge relating to other misconduct which is not the subject matter of this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition can be said to have become infructuous and it is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
