O R D E R :
It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for Andhra Bank that the services of the writ petitioners have since been regularized and consequently, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive.
Though Sri M. Sudheer Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners did not get any instructions in this regard from his clients, he would agree that if the services of the writ petitioners have already been regularized, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive.
Hence, recording these submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications if any, shall also stand dismissed.
