Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or orders, direction or direction directing the Respondents 1 and 3 to settle and pay the Provident Fund and Pentionery benefits due to the Petitioner on account of the death of her husband while working the 3rd Respondent Bank and also direct them to pay interest on belated payments;
