Oral order:
The petitioner has prayed that directions be issued to the respondent to correct his date of birth as 09-01-2982 in stead of 10-021984 in the passport F0416690.
This writ petition was filed way back in the year 2004 more than eight (8) years back. It is not known what is the fate of the petitioner with regard to correction of his date of birth.
No one put up appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
In view of the above, in case the petitioner’s application with regard to change of his date of birth is still pending, then he shall pursue the matter with the Regional Passport Officer, Secunderabad.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
