ORDER:
This Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 05.01.2012, on which date, as there was no representation, it was directed to be posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’ today. It is to be noted that yesterday’s cause list was also circulated in advance on 01.01.2012. In spite of the same, there is no representation for the petitioners yesterday and today, although the matter is posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’. It appears, the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter.
In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
