THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1089 of 2010
ORDER:
It is fairly admitted during the course of arguments that the claim of the petitioner for grant of patta is to be granted by the Tahsildar, Denkada Taluq, Vizianagaram District.
This Contempt Case is filed only against the Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat. The Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat is not permitted to consider the relief of the petitioner for grant of patta.
In that view of the matter, the Contempt Case is devoid of merit and it is accordingly dismissed.
