WRIT PETITION No. 14965 of 2011
ORDER:
The petitioner has prayed that a direction be issued to the respondents not to interfere with his possession and enjoyment of the land admeasuring Ac.2.08 Gts situate in Sy.No. 575 of Ghatkesar Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District pursuant to the
notification dated 22.03.2011 issued by the first respondent under Section 3A(1) of the National Highways Act, 1956.
The learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that similar and identical matter in Writ Petition No. 24982 of 2011 was dismissed by this Court by order dated 19.11.1998.
In view of the fact that similar and identical matter stated supra was dismissed by this Court, the present Writ Petition deserves to be dismissed in the same terms and accordingly dismissed. WPMP.No.17984 of 2011 filed by the petitioner shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
