This writ appeal is directed against the order dt.30.7.2012 passed by the Hon’ble Single Judge, in W.P. No.23186 of 2012.

The appellants – writ petitioners filed the writ petition questioning the order of attachment of the properties in question passed by respondent No.1, dt.20.7.2012. By order dt.30.7.2012, the Hon’ble Single Judge was pleased to set aside the said order of attachment on the ground that sufficient reasons were not given by respondent No.1 and further directed him to pass an order afresh in the matter, after giving notice of hearing to the writ petitioners.

Being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the said order of the Hon’ble Single Judge, this appeal is filed by the appellants – writ petitioners.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants only prayed before us that since notice of hearing has already been issued in the matter by respondent No.1, the said respondent may be directed to conclude the proceedings and take a decision in the matter in question at an early date.

On such prayer of learned counsel for the appellants, we direct respondent No.1 to conclude the proceedings in the matter in question and pass an order in accordance with the provisions of law, within one month from date.

The impugned order passed by the Hon’ble Single Judge is modified to that extent.

¶17

The writ appeal stands disposed of. No costs.
