Learned counsel for the appellant submits that certain facts in the matter were not brought properly before the Hon’ble Single Judge and hence he seeks permission to withdraw this writ appeal with liberty to the appellant to file a review petition in the writ petition.
The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No costs.
