The Hon’ble single Judge was pleased to dispose of the said application and directed to distribute the amounts to the secured and unsecured creditors after adjusting the interim member dividend. A detailed chart has also been given in the order itself signifying the amounts so to be paid and also to be refunded by the appellant. It appears that notice was also directed to be notified in Form No.71 in terms of Rule 169 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959. It further appears that the said order was passed by his Lordship almost more than a year. The publication of notice of the dividend in the newspaper was also dispensed with and the Official Liquidator was directed to send individual notice of dividends to the creditors in Form No.138 along with the receipt and Form No.139. Authority was also granted to the Official Liquidator to transfer the unpaid dividends, if any, kept in the dividend account, after the expiry of six months period to the Company’s Liquidation Account in terms of Section 555 of the Companies Act, 1956. It appears that in terms of the said direction, the Official Liquidator who appeared before us by an Advocate has shown the amounts, which are lying in the hands of the Official Liquidator, after disbursement of the amount
