counsel for the 3rd respondent-insurance company.
It is submitted that the claimants in the present case are impleaded as respondents in O.P. No.368 of 2003 on the file of VII Additional District Court, Kakinada, and they received compensation. Therefore, no cause survives in the present appeal.
Hence, the appeal is dismissed without any order as to costs.
