JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for the respondents reports that the matter is settled before the A.P. High Court Legal Services Committee (Lok Adalat) wherein the respondents 1 to 5 agreed to receive the amount awarded by the Tribunal and also agreed to withdraw the cross appeal filed by them, and a copy of the award is also filed.
In terms thereof, this Appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
