JUDGMENT :
Sri M. Vijayakumar Goud, learned counsel for the appellants, would submit that the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal becomes infuctuous in view of closure of the suit.
Hence, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in
the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal shall stand closed.
