CIVIL REVISON PETITION No.4064 OF 2010
ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 04.06.2012, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.
Permission is granted and the Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this revision, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
