ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication, as the suit in O.S.No.1237 of 2006 on the file of the XI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, had already been disposed of in their favour.
Recording the said submission, the civil revision petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
