ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1 in not disposing of the application for stay filed in the appeal against order, dated 26.09.2012, of respondent No.2 as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Sri K.V.N. Bhupal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that according to his information, the Fair Price shop held by the petitioner was attached to another dealer and that his client will be satisfied if respondent No.1 is directed to dispose of the appeal expeditiously.
Accordingly, in the light of the above submission, respondent No.1 is directed to dispose of the appeal stated to have been filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.40596 of 2012, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
