ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by order dated 06-01-2012 passed in C.M.A.No.2 of 2011 on the file of the Court of I Additional District Judge, Adilabad.

The first respondent herein (plaintiff) filed O.S.No.11 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Jude, Nirmal for perpetual injunction in respect of the suit schedule property. She filed I.A.No.201 of 2010 along with the suit seeking interim injunction restraining the petitioner and respondents 2 and 3 herein (defendants) from interfering with her possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property and it was allowed. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner herein and third respondent filed the C.M.A. before the Court below and it was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has represented that the matter may be disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of three months while continuing the interim order of this Court dated 27-06-2012 till then.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the interim order of this Court dated 27-06-2012 granting status quo with regards to the possession of the property shall continue till the disposal of the suit.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
